How To Add Project Team Members

Inviting users to a project is the best way to let your team upload and collaborate. Anyone with an email address can be invited to your project, even if they are not apart of your organization.

In order to invite someone to a project, you must have publishing permissions for that project.

Starting from Projects > Project NameView Team > Add Team Member > Enter Team Member email and select permission level > Create.

Your new Team Member has been sent an email. If they already have an InsiteVR account they will click accept in the invite and be added to the Project. If they do not have an InsiteVR account they will be prompted to make one and then be added to the Project.
