Adding Members to Your Organization

Members can be added to your Organization so that they may create new projects on their own. Administrators can also add other members to the organization. All project members and administrators also have view access to any "Visible to Anyone in Organization" projects. 

If you want to invite someone but don't want them to be able to create new projects you can just add them to a specific project.


To invite a new member:

1. Click "Manage Organization" in the project dashboard

2. In the Members page of your Organization click "Invite Users to Organization" on the top right


3. Enter the email address and set the permissions you'd like them to have


If an invited user already has an InsiteVR account they are ready to go. Otherwise, they will receive an email to sign up and accept the invitation.
